My big fat BIG dream.
I think my dream should be shared by most people that play national lottery or gambling. Ever since I have started to play a lottery I always have a hope, even if I am not sharing with anyone, but I do have intrapersonal feelings. There is nothing that makes me feel reluctant although I am not winning a jackpot. I have a feeling that one day will be one, I will win a jackpot. This makes me see all things in black and white colours only, no grey colours in life. This gives me a hope when days are dark. When I see beautiful and expensive car drove overtake me, I do not felt down, I just give me a hope one day is one day I will even drive the worse fastest and expensive car. Lottery makes feel proud and also give me a confidence about myself and give more inspiration.
You cannot chase two rabbits at the same time.

This is simple impossible, at times a person need to patience. Patience pays back indirect. This is usually happens when a person does not know what he or she is looking for. As a person it’s very important to know what you want. Whatever a person might want could be not easily to find it; it’s where patience comes in. Other people used to say that, you need to have a least one target. The best way s to choose one angle, the one that your strength will be in order to achieve your intended goals.
It is very difficult to achieve many things at the same time, chances of failing to all intended goals is possible, because there is not focus. Intellectuals believe on focusing on one thing and after start to see possibilities of doing another one. Perfect example of this, general secretary of the ANC Gwede Mantashe has decided to not stand again to SAPC elective conference as the National Chairperson, because he wants to stay focus to his duties as the general secretary of the ANC.

“Nothing is more dangerous than an idea, when you only have one idea” (Alan)

I really agree with the above statement. In the essence, is very important to have plan B. For in case if plan A fails. This term is usually used mostly to business industry, apparently called backup system. During the planning stage, backup system should be developed as a backup plan.
In football for instance, coaches are always have their starting line up players, when team does not bring the good results or scoring goals, the coach will bring in substitutes with another good players. This may be called as part of coaches’ plan B.
Leaders or managers who do not have a backup plan always failed. Another example of backup system, it’s like when student is preparing a power point presentation, there is a need for backup plan. Otherwise failing to do this, what if the document that student is intending to present is not opening and what are you going to present?. This will be sort of embarrassment because audiences will be waiting for you. Therefore failing to have backup plan is just a stupid idea.
Why strikes pursued by Blacks only
irishtimes.com,guardian.co.uk,alliancedirectreport.co.za.
All the times when I am watching news or reading newspapers, I always see black people only who are pursuing strikes. I never see whites pursuing strikes. What I know the reasons for the strikeis almost the same issue, salary adjustment or better working conditions, isn’t other ethnic groups affected.
I think the labour unions should start to address this issue, as this should also a challenge to them. When we talk we say South Africa is diverse country, yes of course that is the fact. In every aspect such as working environment, occupations, etc we want to see every ethnic group to be represented. Let’s show our unity throughout all sphere, let’s not have sellers. When employees have achieved their demands, everyone enjoy those benefits. The labour unions should try to unpack their slogan, “An injury to one is an injury to all”. There is needed to make sure that awareness is made to inform those ethnic groups that are clueless. Because when it comes to strikes the slogan is inactive, after demands were achieved, the slogan is active.

Diffirentiate between strategic formulation and strategic implementation
ehow.com.jonmott.com.
Strategy formulation – It is the primary sub activities of the formulation as a logical activity include identifying (SWOT) strengths and weakness in the environment whereby an organization operates, organizational opportunities and threats should be evaluated together with the resources on hand and available before a choice can be made.(Chandler:2007,40). In other words, internal and external factors of the organizational environment need to be scanned before taking advantage of the perceived market needs should be predictable as objectively as possible.
e.g. Internal factors are organizational characteristics such as follows: employees, resources etc. external – social- economic and political factors.
Strategy implementation – an operation strategy involves taking the ideas, decisions, plans, policies, objectives, and other aspect of the strategy as well translate them into actions. In other words, this means that all strategic plans are carried out and put into practice. As an intended operations driven activity involving organizing, budgeting, motivating, culture building, supervising, and leading to make the strategy work as intended. (Bryson and etal: 2011, 20) e.g.In 2010 department of Correctional Services has launch a new visitation system whereby public is expected to telephonically make appointment before they visit the facility. During the implementation stage, top management, independence prison visitors, community stakeholders and businessman were present and proactively involved to put the project into action.
Prison is for everyone
wrongfulconvictionsblog.org,afrikaner-genocide-achives.blogspot.com.
In life, there are many challenges which make things difficult to achieve your goals. In order to anyone to be a criminal is not easily avoidable, although an individual might try to avoid to committee any form of crime. To committee crime does not have a colour, race, gender, religion. Belief, culture etc, any individual may find him/her involved to criminal activities.
I writing this article out my experience, and I work in a environment where I have to know difference crimes activities committed by offenders. What comes to my mind is that crime sometimes is not envisaged, is just unfortunately happen and that would be a tough luck for you. There are times where suspects remain in prison for years and after such long time courts prove them not guilty, that is very estrange. An individual may stay in prison becuase of many reasons such as conspiracy that is created in order to discredit you, either by friends or families, either you are being framed.
The point that I am trying to illustrate is that, there are people who have proven not guilty by court of law, althuogh they committed crimes, but due to legal tacticalilities. At same time, there are those who did not committee crimes but failed to convinced the courts and end being the victims of crime. It’s a tough lucky.
