Diffirentiate between strategic formulation and strategic implementation
Strategy formulation – It is the primary sub activities of the formulation as a logical activity include identifying (SWOT) strengths and weakness in the environment whereby an organization operates, organizational opportunities and threats should be evaluated together with the resources on hand and available before a choice can be made.(Chandler:2007,40). In other words, internal and external factors of the organizational environment need to be scanned before taking advantage of the perceived market needs should be predictable as objectively as possible. e.g. Internal factors are organizational characteristics such as follows: employees, resources etc. external – social- economic and political factors. Strategy implementation – an operation strategy involves taking the ideas, decisions, plans, policies, objectives, and other aspect of the strategy as well translate them into actions. In other words, this means that all strategic plans are carried out and put into practice. As an intended operations driven activity involving organizing, budgeting, motivating, culture building, supervising, and leading to make the strategy work as intended. (Bryson and etal: 2011, 20) e.g.In 2010 department of Correctional Services has launch a new visitation system whereby public is expected to telephonically make appointment before they visit the facility. During the implementation stage, top management, independence prison visitors, community stakeholders and businessman were present and proactively involved to put the project into action.

Prison is for everyone,
In life, there are many challenges which make things difficult to achieve your goals. In order to anyone to be a criminal is not easily avoidable, although an individual might try to avoid to committee any form of crime. To committee crime does not have a colour, race, gender, religion. Belief, culture etc, any individual may find him/her involved to criminal activities. I writing this article out my experience, and I work in a environment where I have to know difference crimes activities committed by offenders. What comes to my mind is that crime sometimes is not envisaged, is just unfortunately happen and that would be a tough luck for you. There are times where suspects remain in prison for years and after such long time courts prove them not guilty, that is very estrange. An individual may stay in prison becuase of many reasons such as conspiracy that is created in order to discredit you, either by friends or families, either you are being framed. The point that I am trying to illustrate is that, there are people who have proven not guilty by court of law, althuogh they committed crimes, but due to legal tacticalilities. At same time, there are those who did not committee crimes but failed to convinced the courts and end being the victims of crime. It’s a tough lucky.

Woman's day
In South Africa, many others sacrificed their lives so that we could all live in a free, non racial, non sexist and democratic country. Indeed, when we celebrate National Women's Day, we honour, remember and salute all women from all generations who have been part of our struggle and have made significant contributions. We are proud today to say that owing to our mothers and sisters, South Africa is far better off today than she was some decades ago. We therefore use Women's Day as a day of solemn reflection on how far we have come, and what else we must do to ensure the full emancipation of women in all spheres of life. We have come to appreciate that greater participation by women in national agenda has become admirable and instrumental. It is indisputable that there is even greater consensus worldwide that women bring a unique element of success and a nation that excludes women in its developmental agenda runs a risk of losing its soul. Full participation of women in the economy is in the interest of every Nation, for women are the nucleus of every development and therefore a nation that empowers her women, invests in her future. We remain grateful for the role our Mothers played in the anti apartheid movement throughout the world.

Have you figured out the second head fake?
My understanding for the topic is that, the intended message that was delivered was received, but not the same way the sender was trying to convey the message. This topic reminds me the last Bafana Bafana game against Sierra Leone which has made South Africa fail to qualify for Afcon finals. I was very disappointed by Coach Pitso Mosimane and his technical staff team, how can they mislead the whole team and nation to celebrate a false qualification. They should have studied the CAF rules well in advance and known how they should qualify. I am trying to relate my understanding to “second head fake”, the intended message was misunderstood. In other words Bafana Bafana should have won the game in order to qualify for the Afcon, but however the coach has misinterpreted the CAF rules. Second example, it’s when someone have chosen a particular field of study and later starts to realized that he/she have chosen a wrong profession.

This is the description of an individual features, It’s a time when someone should be feel free to tell a story about him/her. Its like when you propose a lady, you need to market yourself, or sell yourself who you are?. There are many scenarios where an individual is expected to express him/her, such a on job interviews where someone needs to be able to convinced the panel of who is he/she. This might be look very easily to express yourself, but is not easily at all. Remember when you tell your story there are varous format that you might be selecting and use at least one that you think is excellent, but you might have chosen the one that interview panel is not interested on it at all. So in other words there are different approaches that you may select from them in order to express youself depending on the situation. In short “I AM” is very crucial aspect which demands more description of yourself such as Who, what, where, when, why and how.

Andy Warhol said, “In the future everybody will be world famous for fifteen minutes.” You can’t choose the 15 minutes but why would you be world famous?
I think most things that can make anyone to be famous is to be a role model, public figure, and etc. But besides that there are other conducts that may create famous in human personality and might be unethical conduct in the community. Therefore there are various ways that may create prominent in human nature weather it has a positive reputation or negative to society To be an artist, or actor either politician will create a famous around your name. At the same time to behave in unwelcoming way in the society way also create prominent to a person. The evil deeds that someone may be involved with may give a bad name and this would give him/her prominent in the society. But according to Andy said, in future everybody will be world famous for fifteen minutes. Here I should think that because now in our days live there are many wonders, just now you will listen new story, after seconds you get worse news than the ones you heard. In other words there are more things that are happening and get published in different media. There are many media platforms that are used to send out different information across the world. Examples today people get more exposure to various social media networks, at the same time there are still traditional media such as radio, newspapers, television and etc.

A skill set called leadership.
Leaders are born, leaders are groomed. This is one of the scarce skills but remain unnoticed. It is leadership qualities that convinced people to believe to such individual have attained all requirements. This impression was brought even by former President Thabo Mbeki in 2008 when he established a leadership school. The aim is to create platforms for dialogue to promote the birth of a continental movement driven by a new cadre of thought leaders dedicated to Africa’s political, social and economic renewal. In other words this academy is set to develop an identified youth leaders to further their leadership skills in order to improve to their leadership skills. Actually to be a leader there is no need for qualifications, instead its qualities. Leaders are being deployed and delegated or mandated by group of people to pursue tasks or to serve for the people. A leader needs to be trusted and be known to live their life with honestly and integrity. Leaders need to be able to be a source of inspiration, and be a motivator towards the required action or cause. Although the responsibilities and roles of a leader may be different, the leader needs to be seen to be part of the team working towards the goal. This kind of leader will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves and get dirty. A skillful leader should take informed decision, not to be biased.
